The Division of Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery offers a wide range of plastic and hand surgery procedures. Our board-certified plastic surgeons treat patients of all ages for reconstructive and cosmetic procedures, including conditions resulting from trauma, acquired, and those present since birth. We also coordinate and consult with other specialties as needed to provide a team approach to more complex reconstructive problems. Commonly performed plastic surgical procedures include body contouring, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, treatment of scars, and facial rejuvenation. We also specialize in the treatment of hand disorders such as carpal tunnel, trigger finger, and those resulting from trauma such as fractures, tendon damage and nerve damage. Our hand-fellowship trained surgeons can also provide state-of-the-art treatment of complex hand disorders. With microsurgical capabilities, Brookdale’s Division of Plastic Surgery and Hand Surgery is capable of performing even the most complex reconstructions, including free tissue transfers.
